Asymetrix 3DFX

A great package if you to create your own web stuff, I have produced an Intranet in work, with loads of 3D buttons etc. which are so simple to create, it really is a must.

Some of the buttons and 3d titles on this site were created using 3DFX.

GIF Animator

This is another useful tool, create an .AVI file, and convert to an animated GIF file, again really useful for web pages etc.

Paint Shop Pro 5 / 6 / 7

The latest of the PSP packages, allows much more than before, layers, picture brush editing etc. Also includes an animation package as well. All of the graphics on this site were produced using PSP and Eye Candy.

Also available, Eye Candy, a plug-in for Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro, which allows
    more filters, etc. brilliant for web page designs, features include drop shadow on text,
    chrome finishes etc. etc.

Frontpage 98 - (now 2000)

The latest of the Microsoft Web Authoring packages, very easy to learn and use, this site was created using Frontpage!

Update : the 2000 version is now out and improved a great deal.

Autoroute 98

The latest of the route mapping packages, allows you not only to find a quickest route, but also view it just like looking at a real atlas, and also find local places of interest etc. wherever you are going - a must have if you travel anywhere.

Visual Studio 6

The latest of the Microsoft Visual Studio packages, this one we have bought in work, as we are getting heavily into new technologies at the moment, and this includes Visual Basic 6 and Interdev, along with the Source-safe as our team needs to control the software systems we write and support.

MS Office 2000

The latest of the Microsoft Office suites. This is the best so far by a mile, just imagine in Access, being able to create not only a regular form, but also an HTML version of the form which will actually work on a webpage! This also works with excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations. Bundled with this is the new up-to-date version of Frontpage, which I now use to edit and maintain this website, only annoying thing is that you don't get the two windows anymore, and when you go to close a page, you close down the entire package in error. But never the less, a great buy, make sure that if you create databases, spreadsheets, and Word process, then this is THE PACKAGE to own.
